In Un-Loving Memory is the twenty-eighth episode of season 1 of Top of the Round.
A funeral in the Evergrove? As the dust from the trial settles, our three adventurers struggle to wrap their heads around the crucial information they've just learned, and how it affects them. Meanwhile, the Evergrove stirs with concern as Chaz reveals the current state of Ishnar.

Detailed Synopsis[]
The trio return to the main camp of the Evergrove, and find Youin. He is still sitting in the same place he was watching the dance from the night before, but he is dead. Mizula had mentioned that she gave her champion extended life, so once Chaz became the champion instead of Youin, his advanced age caught up with him.
Chaz gathers together all of the druids, and lays out for them all of the recent events. The Reapings, the spreading curse, his new championship, and finally Youin’s death.
Chaz’s father leads the druids in funerary rites for Youin, (which Chaz and his father perform naked) and his body is passed into the maelstrom.
Upon the end of the funeral, Chaz decides to form a party of his friends and three druids to go examine the effects of the curse on the woods surrounding the Evergove. This leads him to discover that Jeffie is missing. Panicked at the thought that Jeffie may have left the safety of the Evergrove and possibly had an unfortunate encounter with the curse drives Chaz to search for him. Fortunately, Jeffie is found napping in the cattle paddock.
Chaz then repeats all his info-dumping he did on the other druids to Jeffie. Jeffie panics when he hears that Talice is cursed, and flees to tell this info to Chaz's father.
